On the 5.04.1851 the authorities of the capital city decided to build the railway from Warsaw to Petersburg. Railway will combine the capital city with the Russian administrative centre and develop trade and industry in the places situated near this railway. All the people who are willing to build railway please go to the town hall or straigth away to the construction site.
