3rd activity LOGO
Select project logo:
-
- reflect on the project logo,
- draw up project logo proposals (individually or in pairs),
- choose the most suitable and creative logo with the appropriate online tool.
Estimated time period:
Provided online tools:
Every project should have its own logo. Therefore, in the third activity we will try to design the logo of our project. First it is necessary to think about the goal of the project, and then how to present it with a picture.
Task 1.
Students, project participants, within each school, will work on the task individually or in pairs.
Each individual/couple needs to rethink and then come up with the appearance of our project logo. To give students an idea of how to do this, a document was designed and attached showing several logos of various projects, along with the names of these projects.

Once they have designed the logo layout, students will realize the logo with some of the online tool that offers needy opportunities. We recommend the tools: Canva, Piktochart or Freelogodesign but it is possible to use any other tool with similar capabilities.
The prepared logo should be 600 x 400 pixels insize.
For those with less experience in using canva, a presentation with instructions on use is attached: Canva - tutorial For those who want to learn more about Piktochart attached Piktochart- tutorial.
More about how to use Freelogodesign is in the document Freelogodesign- tutorial.
Task 2.
It is necessary to place the created logo in a working environment made in a toolin Padlet. It is a tool designed to gather ideas, encourage discussions on a particular topic and vote.
When placing the built logo in Padlet, it is necessary to:
- enter their name or names in the title if the authors of the logo worked in pairs
- set up a log image
- briefly describe the message of the created logo (author's ideas)
- deadline for this activity: 10.01.2022.
An environment called Which logo should represent our project has been created? And it is accessed via the link: Link to Padlet tool
In addition to Padlet, store your pictures in the Materials/Logo Suggestionsfolder.
The logo that gets the most votes, we will declare the winner and place it on the homepage with a description of the project.
Task 3.
To choose the most suitable logo, we will vote argumentatively.
For this purpose we will use an online tool.
Every student involved in the project should vote, regardless of whether it was in pairs. Every student should cast a vote on any proposal they think is interesting (therefore, not just one proposal is voted on, but as many proposals as you want. You don't vote for your logo.).
When all proposals are placed on the tool, voting will begin. We will arrange and make the date of the vote public. So YOU DON'T VOTE UNTIL YOU GET THE APPROPRIATEINSTRUCTION. In addition to voting (1 or 0), it is possible to add positive and negative arguments for each of the proposals.
