Day 1 - 19th March 2022

  • Prvi dan tečaja započeo je upoznavanjem sudionika iz 8 europskih država: Rumunjske, Češke, Portugala, Španjolske, Grčke, Slovenije, Finske I Hrvatske. Svi su sudionici kratkom prezentacijom predstavili sebe, svoju državu I školu. 

    Uslijedilo je upoznavanje sadržaja o kojima će se govoriti tijekom 6 dana tečaja, a započeli smo s važnošću izgradnje pozitivnog okruženja u razredu. Pozitivno razredno okruženje je nužno za akademski, emocionalni I socijalni uspjeh učenika u školi, no stvaranje takvog ozračja dugotrajan je proces koji se kontinuirano izgrađuje I razvija. Upoznali smo I s aktivnostima za team building u razred. 

    U zadnjem dijelu predavanja sudionici su se trebali podijeliti u skupine. Zadatak je bio izgraditi što viši toranj od 2 materijala. Imali smo mogućnost odabrati hoćemo li toranj graditi od novina ili špageta. Odabrani materijal povezivali smo ljepljivom trakom. Predavačica je po završetku našeg zadatka iznijela svoja zapažanja, a odnosila su se na ponašanja sudionika, odnosno primjetila je razvoj kompetitivnosti te uspoređivanja vlastitog rada jedne skupine s radom drugih skupina.  

     

     

    First day of the course started with introducing participants from 8 European countries: Romania, Czech Republic, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Slovenia, Finland and Croatia. All of the participants prepared short presentations about themselves, their country and school. 

    After that we were introduced with the content which we will talk about over the next 6 days. We started with the importance of building a positive learning environment in the classroom. A positive learning environment is necessary for students’ academic, emotional and social succes in school. But building that kind of environment is a long process which is continuously developing. We also met some of the activities for team building in the classroom. 

    In the last part of the 1st day’s lecture, participants were divided into groups. The task was to build as high a tower as possible with 2 materials. We could choose between newspapers and spaghetti. Chosen material was connected with adhesive tape. After we finished our task, the lecturer presented her observations, and it was referred to our behaviors. She noticed that our competitiveness had started to grow, and we were comparing our groups’ work with others.
