Prvi dan tečaja: upoznavanje sudionika i ishoda tečaja, SWOT analiza 

Prvog dana tečaja imali smo uvod u tečaj, školu i tjedne aktivnosti. Aktivnosti  kroz dramu za povjerenje i izgradnju grupe bile su vrlo zanimljive i korisne, pa se svih devetero sudionika vrlo brzo uklopilo.

Sudionici su već prvog dana razmišljali kako je vrlo važno identificirati potrebe i ciljeve za svakog sudionika. Biti učitelj: jeste li vi učitelj kakav želite biti?

U SWOT analizi za nastavnike pozabavili smo se sljedećim pitanjima:

•Na koji ste ovogodišnji uspjeh ponosni?

 •U kojim ste predmetima ili temama bili dobri?

•Što vam je uspjelo u vašem pristupu učenju?

•Na što ste ponosni što ste postigli?

•Koje ste nove vještine razvili?

•Kojim osobnim resursima možete pristupiti?

 •U kojim vrijednostima se ističete u kojima drugi ne uspijevaju

Učitelji iz različitih dijelova Europe su naučili da je SWOT analiza također jedan oblikovni alat koji pruža veliku fleksibilnost za korištenje. Za nastavnika je važno koristiti ovo kao prethodno ocjenjivanje, tijekom čitanja ili predaje sadržaja ili kao alat nakon nastave. Djeluje tako da naglasi suradnju, veze i sintetiziranje informacija. Također služi kao učinkovit alat za povezivanje novih informacija s prethodnim učenjem. Bit: SWOT analiza će potaknuti vaše učenike na kritičko razmišljanje; pokušajte implementirati ovu strategiju u  učionicama!

Icebraking activites

Day 1

At the first day of course we had introduction to the course, the school, and the external week activities. Icebreaker activities using drama for trust and ensemble building was very interesting and useful, therefore, all nine participants quickly came together. 

The participants were already thinking on the first day how to identification of needs and goals for each participant is very important  . Being Teacher: are you the teacher you want to be?

In  SWOT analysis for teachers we have addressed the following issues:

 •What subjects or topics were you good at?

•What worked for you in your approach to learning?

•What are you proud of achieving?

•What new skills did you develop?

•What personal resources can you access?

 •What values do you excel in that others fail

Teachers  have learn that The SWOT Analysis is also one formative tool that provides a lot of flexibility for use. For teacher it is important  to  use this as a pre-assessment, while reading or delivering content, or as a post-instruction tool. It works to emphasize collaboration, connections and synthesizing information. It also serves as an efficient tool for connecting new information to prior learning. The gist: The SWOT analysis will encourage your students to think critically; try to implement this strategy in our classrooms!
