4. dan - Komunikacija, stvaranje dobrih odnosa i prevencija stresa
Slušamo i razmišljamo bez osuđivanja.
profesionalni razvoj, poput mentorstva, konferencija, radionica, seminara, meditacija i tehnika disanja.

Day 4
On the fourth day, we were mostly focused on noticing the differences between good and bad communication. Another important topic of our conversation was stress prevention.
Acording to American psychological Association, stress is the physiological or psychological response to internal or external stressors. Stress involves changes affecting nearly every system of the body, influencing how people feel and behave. It may be manifested by palpitations, sweating, dry mouth, shortness of breath, fidgeting, accelerated speech, augmentation of negative emotions . Some stress can be beneficial at times, however, an extreme amount of stress can have health consequences and adversely affect the immune, cardiovascular, neuroendocrine and central nervous systems. Burnout is a state of physical, mental and emotional exhaustion resulting from chronic stress.
How can a Teacher handle Stressful Moments?
First step should be to regulate ourselves, manage your own emotions. We cannot help someone else if we, ourselves, are dysregulated. Then we can help the student with their emotions. We listen and reflect without judging. Our goal is to understand their perspective and help them put their feelings into words.
The following is paing attention to warning signs. All staff should know about burnout and when to stop some activity. Also time management strategies are very usful in stress menagnent as well as
professional development, like mentoring, conferences, workshops, seminars meditation and breathing techniques .
After discussing what causes the most stress at school, we went sightseeing together
