  • 3. dan: Tehnike (samo) upravljanja

    Održavanje zdravog uma i upravljanje samosvijesti

    Ovog dana naše teme bile su posvećene Coachingu, održavanju zdravog uma i upravljanjem vremenom samosvijesti.

    Posebno me se dojmilo teorijsko i praktično učenje o tome što je Mindfulness.

    Mindfulness je praksa životnog stila koja se temelji na svjesnosti i smirenosti koja nam omogućuje da u potpunosti živimo u sadašnjem trenutku.

    Učili smo  da je važno koristiti mindfulnes u školama za poboljšanje pažnje i fokusa, za smirivanje uma, za bolju kontrolu misli, emocija, ponašanja, za povećanje naše prilagodljivosti, za veću empatiju i shvaćanje perspektive, za postizanje boljih ocjena i poboljšanje ponašanje i još mnogo toga!

    Upoznali smo se i s drugim tehnikama kao što su mindfulness fotografija i dnevnik zahvalnosti koji mogu koristiti i učitelji i učitelji u prevenciji stresa.

    Day 3

    On this day our topics was dedicate to  Coaching,  The Healthy Mind Platter Midfulness and  Self-Awareness Time Management.

    I was especially impressed by the theoretical and practical learning about what it is mindfulness.

     

    Mindfulness is a life style practice based on awareness and calm which allows us to live fully in the present moment.

    We learn that is important to using mindfunes in schools to improve attention and focus, to calm the mind , for better control of thoughts, emotions, behaviour , to increase our adaptability, for greater empathy and perspective-taking ,  to achieve better grades and improve behaviour and much more!

    Some activitis that we pratice in this day include

    MINDFUL BREATHING – equal breathing, abdominal breating, pinwheel breathig…

    I especially liked the altivity MINDFUL BREATHING COLOURS

    This activity uses visualising colours as a means to increase awareness, emotional regulation and focus. Teacher shuld invite  students to think about a colour that represent stress and unpleasant emotions (that they want to get rid out of) and a colour that represents positive mood, and pleasant emotions (that they want to increase). After a few moments students can share their thoughts.

    We were also introduced to other techniques such as mindfulness photography and a gratitude diary that can be used by both teachers and teachers in stress prevention.
