During two weeks in August 2017, I had he oportunity to do a linguistic course in Leeds with my partner Puerto, who works with me in CEIP Nuestra Señora de la Piedad in Santa Olalla, Toledo.
It was really interesting. The main objective was the improvement of communicative skills.
We were working with people from other countries and different ages, most of the activities and games we practiced were communicative interaction. The course were directed to people related to teaching-learning process, so we also learned lots of school language and expressions to use in the classroom.
We also had the oportunity to learn more about the British culture and traditions.
We did cultural activities such us visiting museums and important towns around Leeds.
For me, it was a very useful and memorable experience.
