DAY NINE - SECOND PART (TUESDAY)
TODAY'S MAIN TOPIC IS THE ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE
The organizational climate reflects a state of value.
The organizational climate is actually a structure - a framework, but most often nowhere written or stated.
It is conducted and observed through RITUALS (entry, rising), heroes (role models of this kind of culture), stories (how something worked out, positive experience, legends)
In fact, throughout the whole process of creating an effective organization, we actually define the organizational climate. By defining vision, mission and values through working together, creating and selecting symbols, defining specific procedures and protocols, ways of doing things.
Everyone living in an organizational climate gives it a unique tone - the climate is like perfume, the same yet different on every skin.
