Peti dan tečaja, 5. 7. 2019.

Današnji dan posvećen je učenju na primjerima dobre prakse. Učimo kako još bolje kreirati pozitivno ozračje u školi.  Pogledali smo video o održavanju kratkih  sastanaka zaposlenika  u trajanju od petnaest minuta koji osim što su funkcionalni u razmjeni informacija pridonose stvaranju pozitivnog ozračja:

Razgovarali smo o temi kako možemo stimulirati svoju znatiželju i motivaciju kroz ono što radimo.

Razgovarali smo o temi gdje se nalazimo i kamo želimo stići u svom radu te pogledali dva videa o dobroj praksi iz dvije američke škole.

Danas smo također imali  dva praktična rada. Prvi rad bio je usmjeren na nas osobno. Svaki sudionik tečaja grafički je prikazao, a potom prezentirao grupi što će ponijeti sa sobom sa ovog tečaja, koja nova znanja, emocije, spoznaje…

Nakon izrade rada uslijedila je prezentacija rada ostalim sudionicima.

Nakon toga dobili smo razglednicu na kojoj se nalazi tekst pjesme E. Hanson „Not“ koju smo uz nekoliko vlastitih rečenica   na poleđini uputili kolegi do sebe te mu je osobno pročitali.

Fifth day of course, July 5, 2019

Today is dedicated to learning from good examples. We are learning how to create a better atmosphere in school. We watched a fifteen-minute video containing brief employee meetings that, in addition to being functional in sharing information, contribute to creating a positive atmosphere:

We discussed the topic of how we can stimulate our curiosity and motivation through what we do.

We discussed the topic of where we are and where we want to get into our work and watched two interesting videos from two US schools.

We also had two projects that day. The first project focused on us personally. Each participant graphically represented and then presented to the group what they would bring with them from this course, what new knowledge, emotions, insights…

The presentation of the project to the other participants followed.

Afterwards, we received a postcard containing the lyrics of E. Hanson's song "Not", which, along with a few of our own sentences, sent to a colleague and read to him/her personally.
