DAY EIGHT - FIRST PART (MONDAY)
We started normally at 9.15am.
We went on with the usual tasks, the song, the phonetics, the idiomatic expressions.
Today I would like to highlight the work on Edward Lear's Limericks song, which writes songs specific to the number of verses, rhymes ...
His example...
THERE WAS A YOUNG LADY OF BUTE (eight words, first name, city name, item)
WHO PLAYED ON A SILVER - GILT FLUT (eight words, first always interrogative and first, second and fifth verses in rhyme)
SHE PLAYED SEVERAL JIGS (five words)
TO HER UNCLE'S PET PIGS (five words, the third and fourth lines are in rhyme)
THAT AMUSING YOUNG LADY OF BUTE. (eight words, last word in rhyme with first and second lines)
My choice - SPORT
There is only one beautiful SPORT
Who lives near Liverpool PORT
Everyone there wants to play
Football, important thing in a bay
And Funs support near the COURT
DAY EIGHT - SECOND PART (MONDAY)
TODAY'S WORK CONTAINED TWO TOPICS: THE IMPORTANCE OF VISION, MISSION AND VALUE, BODY LANGUAGE
1. We reiterated the importance of working on two sides: personal development and organizational development
2. The PROFESIONAL DEVELOPMENT of the Principal means personal development and knowledge of the organizational development tools.
3. Personal development actually makes us or should help us become leaders and organizational development topics are the responsibility of leaders. There is little benefit in dealing with organizational development if there is no leadership.
Unlike management, leadership is directly linked to the creation of the Vision, mission and values of the organization. They are actually a description of the integrity of the organization. Just as personal integrity is what we, as individuals, want to develop and preserve, so is the integrity of the organization through which we evaluate and evaluate our work, cooperation, results.
Her School experience...
1. Their list: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Caring, Fair, Good citizenship,
2. In the implementation of only three steps - learn (brain) - feel (hearth) - behavior (body)
3. All parties should get to know, share, saturate their information / encourage them to experience and co-exist / act on them.
Regarding BODY LANGUAGE, we have reiterated our usual insights
The importance of focusing on body language is emphasized, often in communication we are only focused on content and do not notice body language that should be content-aligned.
In the context of cooperating with parents, the facilitator shared her experiences. Closer cooperation with several interested parents, joint actions, joint lunch ...
