Day 1 - 01.07.2019.

  • Prvi dan tečaja, 1. 7. 2019.

     

    Svoje petodnevno druženje započeli smo zanimljivim predstavljanjem.  Izgovorivši svoje ime bilo je potrebno  jednom gestom pokazati kako se u tom trenutku osjećamo. Predstavljanje nas je opustilo i nasmijalo te smo se nakon toga predstavili  s nekoliko rečenica o zemlji iz koje dolazimo,  gradu  iz kojeg dolazimo, školi u kojoj smo zaposleni te o svom radnom mjestu.

    Pročitali smo tekst koji govori  o ljubavi prema poslu ali i o teškoćama koje taj posao ponekad donosi. Nakon pročitanog teksta popunili smo upitnik o tome kako vidimo sebe u osobnom i profesionalnom smislu, što nas motivira na rad u školi, a što demotivira, koje su nam najveće teškoće u radu, što očekujemo od tečaja te što smatramo da ćemo njime dobiti.

    Podijeljeni smo u  grupe te smo u kratkom razgovoru iznijeli  svoja razmišljanja vezana uz upitnik.

     

     

     

     

    Nakon kratke pauze započela je edukacija. Tema predavanja:  „Well­-being and Positive Psychology at school“  

     

     

    Voditeljica nam je predstavila i objasnila piramidu potreba čije ispunjenje vodi prema samoostvarenju prema A. Maslowu. Na dnu piramide nalaze se osnovne fiziološke potrebe, zatim sigurnost, pripadanje i ljubav, poštovanje te na vrhu piramide samoostvarenje.  Ova teorija uči nas da ljudi imaju potrebu i potencijal prema samoostvarenju  ali to mogu postići

    samo ako su ostale primarnije potrebe zadovoljene.

     

     

    Naglasila bih misao iz današnjeg predavanja  da je kvaliteta  odnosa s drugima ujedno i kvaliteta  života, a  ponašanje je rezultat  osjećaja i potreba.

    Na kraju predavanja voditeljica nam je preporučila da na kraju svakog dana pomislimo na događaje  na kojima smo zahvalni.

     

    The first day of the course, July 1, 2019. We started our five-day gathering with an interesting presentation. Saying our name using one gesture to show us how we feel at that moment. The presentation relaxed and made us laugh and afterwards we presented ourselves with a few sentences about the country we come from, the city we come from, the school we are employed in and our workplace. We read a text that contains information about the love of work but also about the difficulties that work sometimes brings. After reading the text, we completed a questionnaire about how we see ourselves in personal and professional terms, what motivates us to work in school, what demotivates us, what are our biggest difficulties in work, what we expect from the course and what we think we will get. We were divided into groups and in a short interview we have presented our thoughts on the questionnaire.

    After a short brake the education began. Course topic:  „Well-being and Positive Psychology at school“   

    The anchor presented us the Pyramid of needs which execution according to A. Maslow leads to self-realization. At the bottom of the pyramid there are basic physiological needs followed by safety needs, love and belonging, esteem, and at the top of the pyramid is self-actualization. This theory teaches us that people have the need and potential for self-realization, but they can achieve it only if the other primary needs are met.

    I would emphasize the thought in today's lecture that the quality of relationships with others is also the quality of life, and behavior is the result of feelings and needs.

    At the end of the lecture, the facilitator recommended that we think of the events we are grateful for at the end of each day.
