DAN 4 ( 2. SVIBANJ 2019.)
Četvrti dan sam prijepodne 4 školska sata boravila s učiteljicom Mariom Carvalho u novoj i odlično opremljenoj područnoj školi u Santa Barbara s učenicima od prvog do četvrtog razreda. Uz prezentaciju smo pričali o našim zemljama i uspoređivali ih, odgledali smo kratki animirani film o profesoru Baltazaru, učenici su odgledali kratki video o hrvatskim tradicionalnim nošnjama i narodnim plesovima zagrebačkog područja te sam ih podučila osnovnom koraku.
Odigrali smo i staru tradicionalnu igru: „Pošto kume lonac?“ Na kraju sata učenici su ovisno o uzrastu, imali kviz (Footsteps quiz, Mingle quiz).
Prezentacijom i razgovorom sam predstavila svoju zemlju.
DAY 4 (2nd May 2019)
I spent the fourth day with the teacher Mari Carvalho and her first to the fourth-grade students in the new and well-equipped school district in Santa Barbara. After presenting Croatia, we talked about our countries and compared them; we saw a short animated film about Professor Baltazar.
The students also saw a short video about traditional Croatian costumes, and traditional dance from the Zagreb region and I tried to teach them the basic step.
We also played the old traditional game: "Pošto kume lonac?" At the end of the lesson, the students were engaged in Footsteps quiz.
In the afternoon, I spent two school hours with the 5th-grade students and their teacher Lourdes Rocha in the Tomas de Borba school. After presenting myself and said what the purpose of my visit is, students presented themselves in a few sentences. The students had many questions about their peers and Zagreb. We talked about endangered animals in Croatia and Terceira. They learned a few essential Croatian words and phrases and taught me Portuguese. They introduced me to Portuguese music they like to listen, from traditional to contemporary performers .
