We had planned in June 2020 when the project finished but we didn't have the change to meet us because of the pandemic. We postponed it for  April or May 2021 but we couldn´t organise it as we were not allowed to meet a lot of people.

Then instead of in June 2021, we did on 26th April 2021 as this was the last School Board meeting of the school year 2020-21

On 26 th May 2021 , the School staff and School board were  informed about the closing of the project on 31st May 2021 and the coordinator of the project explained to them the different steps  related to it. She showed  the school staff and school board the website of the project, so teachers could see all the activities which had  been carried out so far .They were also told about the sustainability of the project during five years .In those five years there would be a collaboration with Katerini school to work some activities concerning the project. They were also informed of the new Erasmus + and invited them to take part in it.

She thanked all of them for their participation in the project and told them that she would send them a link with the website of the project as well as the last new which appeared on the newspaper about its closing and the last issue of the newsletter of it.

All the minutes of it were kept by the secretary of the school.

3rd Junior High School of Katerini

Neither the final meeting with the parents nor the one with the teachers was done, due to the restriction measures against covid (parents were not allowed to school premises and teachers worked mostly on-line).  Instead both parents and school staff were sent an e-mail informing them about the virtual mobility, the closing of the project, the new website, the initiatives in the frame of the sustainability of the project and thanking them for their participation.
