Criteria used to choose the students who participated in C4 students mobility
We finished the organisation of the list of the students who travelled to Greece. According to the information received by the Greek students, we decided the list of students.
We took into account the criteria we established in the project.
We needed a number of boys because the number of girls was bigger. We also had to include two students who had the Basque government scholarship as we considered the trip would be a unique opportunity for them to travel to Greece and participate of the experience.
And finally, the most important criteria we took into consideration was the participation and enthusiasm they showed in the project itself. At the beginning of the project, we proposed different ways for students to work in it through the breaks and volunteering.
We also considered very important the design and quality of the products produced by them.
These criteria helped us set up the group as we thought that without these students' hard work and enthusiam in the project , it wouldn't have had the quality it had.

Creation of students diaries
Students were given the notebook of the project to be used as a diary so that they could write their experiences during their staying in Greece.
We also taught them how to organise their diaries and what kind of information they had to include on them as well as the pictures, souvenirs and interesting things collected during the exchange which had to be incorporated in them.
One of them was chosen after being selected by the English department through a rubric.
Then there was an exhibition in the month of April Elexalde school and all the students from the different grades visited , participared and enjoyed of all of them.

3rd Junior High School of Katerini
All the activities during the second year of the project lead to the mobility of the Basque students. So we prepared the brochures-guides about Vergina and Thessaloniki, a folder for each Basque student containing a painting of an owl (the symbol of our project) and a card with each one's name and some presents (bracelets and keyholders) made by the students and the technology teacher. The students' parents and some teachers cooked traditional Greek food for the welcome buffet. We prepared the videos and powerpoints to be shown in the welcome ceremony. The teachers who helped with the activities during the mobility week prepared the games, workshops and the materials that would be needed in them. The music teacher reheared the music of the traditional dances that would be played in the welcome ceremony. The co-ordinators came in contact with the museums, archeological sites and Olympus National Park Information Centre and booked the visits. There was a meeting with the parents where they were given certain guidelines about the hosting, their guests' profiles as well as the programme of the week of the mobility and where all the questions about the hosting were answered.
