The Scholl Staff and Board were informed of the C4 students exchange. They were shown a video where they could see all the activities done buy students in Greece. We explained them that due to the state of emergency we had to come back a day before it was planned.

We also told them that we had decided to ask for an extension of the project until May 2020 . The reason why we did it was to see if there could any possibility of carrying out C2 Greek students mobility.

We also explained to them that we were going to open the project to the students of 4 DBH. The students from Greece who participated in it were in another school , so as we had students who were newcomers, we could also incorporate  our students.

26th  October 2020

This was the last meeting that teachers met in flesh because due to the pandemia we didn't  meet again.

In this meeting we explained to new teachers of the school year 2020-21(  because evey year there are new teachers who are incorporated to the school) the project, the web of it and all the relevant information about it.

We also explained to the rest of the teachers the situation of the project due to the coronavirus.

We explained to them that we had asked for an extension until May 2021 and the idea we had to do the C1 mobility. But we also informed them that if it were not possible ,we had the idea of organising a virtual one.

We also told them that this school year 2020-21 that all the students of dbh were going to participate in the project with the creation of some activities. 1dbh digital stories, 2dbh google maps, 3dbh recipes and 4 dbh kahoots.

All the minutes of the meeting  were kept by the secretary and here there are some slides of the presentation of the project to the School Staff.

On 26 th May 2021 , the School staff and School board were  informed about the closing of the project on 31st May 2021 and the coordinator of the project explained to them the different steps  related to it. She showed  the school staff and OMR the website of the project, so teachers could see all the activities which had  been carried out so far . They were also told about the sustainability of the project during three years . In those three years there would be a collaboration with Katerini school to work some activities concerning the project. They were also informed of the new Erasmus + and invited them to take part in it.

She thanked all of them for their participation in the project and told them that she would send them a link with the website of the project as well as the last new which appeared on the newspaper about its closing as well as the last issue of the newsletter of it.
