This meeting was planned in May 2020 but we couldn´t do it due to the pandemic, we couldn´t do it as we were locked down. Then we postponed it for May 2021 because we had an extension of the project.

We also had problems to do it in May 2021 because we were not allowed to meet many people, so we didn´t do it.

We sent parents an Alexia (school e mail) to thank them for all their participation. At the same time as we had a new web of the project, we gave them the link of it so that they could see the activities organised so far. We also invited them to write any comments about it.

At the same time we prepared a questionnarie for them and some parents participated in a video where they explained their impressions about the project.

3rd Junior High School of Katerini

Due to the pandemic it was impossible to meet the hosting families after the mobility. As we had asked for an extension of the project for one more year, we postponed the meeting for the current school year (2020-21). But then again schools in Greece were closed down for four months, so this meeting wasn't done at all. Instead we sent an e-mail to the hosting families, so as to thank them for their participation and the great effort they had made to host the Basque students in the midst of the pandemic and with schools closed. We also sent them the links for the new webpage of the project. Finally, we asked some of them to talk about their hosting experience as well as the experience of participating in the project in a short video.
