The TwinSpace is a safe space - students and teachers can communicate and work without outside interference.
1. What can be done and where?
Everybody who was invited to the project by the teacher- administrator has an access to TwinSpace. The student logs in here: https://twinspace.etwinning.net, teachers can also log in via: https://live.etwinning.net or https://www.etwinning.net
1. TwinSpace members can use the following bookmarks: Materials, Forums, Online meetings, Pages, Members but also Information channel and TwinMail (teachers can also use Teacher Bulletin).
2. In the Materials there are bookmarks: Images, Videos and Files
3. Articles/comments in the form of a file are placed in the bookmark Files in the relevant Folder and afterwards they can be published on a particular forum. The maximum file size is 20 Mb.
4. Photos will be collected in the bookmark: Images in the relevant Image album. Possible photo formats: gif, jpg, jpeg or png. The maximum size is 5 Mb. The photos can be published and commented on in the relevant forum.
5. Video films will be collected in bookmark Videos in the relevant Folder. But first, they have to be uploaded in a service like YouTube, Daily Motion or Vimeo. Video films can be uploaded and commented on in the relevant forum.
6. Single photos and whole albums, video films and files can be attached to an entry in the Newsfeed and in Forums, as well as to the Pages.
7. A new Forum can be created by a teacher- administrator and a new Thread In the forum can be created by a teacher- administrator or a student -administrator. All participants can publish posts on every topic in the forum.
8. Through bookmark Online meetings you can enter the Chatroom, where you can discuss things and share your thoughts in real time with other project members. The chats will be stored for three months.
9. In bookmark Online meetings, you can participate in a video conference with other TwinSpace members. Video conferences are available to teachers and are held with the help of Adobe Connect 9 (Adobe Flash: https://get.adobe.com/pl/flashplayer/ ). A microphone and a camera are required.
10. Up-to-date information on the course of the project is published in the Newsfeed on the home page. They can be commented on by all members. These posts are automatically visible in the public TwinSpace
11. TwinMail is the TwinSpace information system. Using Mailbox, all members of TwinSpace can send information to each other.
12. In bookmark Members there is a list with all the members of TwinSpace project. Here, you can see the profile of each of them.
13. Teachers additionally communicate through Teacher Bulletin. Here, you can leave information for others and note the most important information from the project progress.
14. Pages, i.e. public TwinSpace, are the showcase of the project. Here you can highlight selected activities of the project and make all interested people familiar with them. They can include content (text, image, video), Twinboard - an interactive whiteboard, a short survey and a discussion. Discussions added on the website are displayed automatically in the forum.
15. Under the symbol”?” at each TwinSpace element, there are short explanations and information what can be done at a particular place.
16. In the bookmark Help there are: basic information about TwinSpace and tips for using particular Twin Space tools.
2. How do we work?
1. Let’s try at least once a week “check on” TwinSpace.
2. We work in such a way so that during the project we will exist in all TwinSpace areas intended for us.
3. First we place our articles in bookmark Materials, in folder Files.
3a. In respective Folders, articles appear according to the chronological order of uploading them.
3b. Articles can be written in either German or English or in both languages simultaneously.
3c. Forms and the length of articles can be chosen freely (maximum size is A4). A short text and an original form attract the reader’s attention.
3d. Works should be based on books selected for the Project or carefully chosen literary works as well as our observations and personal experience. They should refer to the situation in a particular region and include students` insights on a particular topic. The Internet can only be a starting point for further thoughts and research.

4. Photos from the project work, international meetings and information campaigns should be placed in bookmark Materials, bookmark Images.
4a. In respective albums, photos appear in the order they were published in
4b. Photos should depict the topic of the project and /or show concrete actions so that they could inform about the project progress.
4c. Descriptions can be attached to photos to make them comprehensible to everybody.

It’s more important, though, how many you have taken yourself.
5. We place video films from project work, international meetings and information campaigns in bookmark Materials, in folder Videos.
5a. In respective folders, videos appear in the order they were published in
5b. Videos should focus on the topic of the project and /or show concrete actions, so that they could inform about the project progress.

*It’s important to abide by the copyright when publishing somebody’s materials!
6. Materials presented during an international Project meeting (e.g. presentations prepared by school teams) or worked on during this meeting (results of particular project groups: lessons, articles, presentations, posters etc) will be placed in bookmark Materials in the proper Folder created for this meeting and will be published in the forum “08. Project meetings” in the right Thread. We will place materials from the reading campaign in bookmark Materials in the proper Folder and we will publish them in the forum “09.Reading campaign”.
7. Our intercultural dialogue takes place in Forums, but we also join actions carried out on Pages (Twinboard, survey, discussion).
7a. We publish the articles in the appropriate Thread in the appropriate Forum of a given sub-project, but we also do not forget to view and comment on the work of others. It is a repository of knowledge about our world.
7b. Comments in a form of files and short comments (not in the form of a file) are published under the article as a reply. Short comments to articles are published directly (without placing them in Materials) in the appropriate Forum, to the specific Thread / article.
7c. Information on the implementation of individual work steps is published in Forum 00. Über das Projekt / About the project. Here we can share our reflections, experiences, suggestions, decisions, remarks and conclusions. Thread Lernen wir uns kennen! / Let’s get to know each other! is designed to get to know each other better.
7d. We join forum 7, dedicated to discussing the project product at level 2 (the Curriculum of Intercultural Dialogue). Your remarks and suggestions can be valuable!

7e. We meet the members of school team Erasmus+ on the forum of the school, and we meet the members of a particular project group from the international meeting on the forum of this group.
* The forums are visible only for TwinSpace members.
8. We communicate with other members of TwinSpace using the TwinMail or Chat room.
9. At least once a week we check on the Newsfeed, as important news concerning the project realization can appear there.
10. From time to time we visit the Pages because they show the progress of project work of all Erasmus+ teams and are visible to all the Internet users.
