SOFT project coordinators held the first project meeting. The meeting agenda was: 

1. Dates of short-term exchanges of groups of pupils to Finland and Portugal. 
2. Project activities until the first exchange of pupils to Finland. 

1. Dates of short-term student exchanges 

The following student exchange dates have been agreed: 

• Finland as of 12.1.2020. to 18.1.2020. 
• Portugal as of 3.5.2020. to 9.5.2020. 

2. Project activites

    It was agreed: 

• partners will form project school teams 
• parenting meetings will be held 
• to inform the local media about the start of our project 
• the official project logo will be designed and selected 
• the partners will launch school websites about the project. 
• actively work on an etwinnig SOFT project and present current project activities through it.
