The school has received three times the European School Certificate from the Ministry of Education 2011, 2014, 2017, being recognized to have very good results in running European projects. The national policy in education pointed the importance of developing the key competencies in students, especially trans and cross curricular, increasing the students motivation in STEM subjects, decreasing the abandon rate of the school. A lot of our students are not motivated enough to study in STEM subjects. In this context, our school develops various educational programs at local, national and European level to identify new approaches to improving the learning process, the outdoor education being one of them. Teachers need to change their teaching paths to increase students' motivation to study, to find new ways to make school curriculum attractive for all age learners.
