We used a closed Facebook group of teachers who are members of the SOFT project for the regular cooperation of teachers, writing the project application, agreeing on all steps in the implementation of project activities and mobility during the duration of the project. Communication via messages took place on a weekly basis for a period of time longer than 4 years. Through the group, the coordinator's project meetings were arranged via video conference, which took place via the Zoom platform. Communication was regular and good, as evidenced by the successful implementation of all student mobility and implemented project activities. The Facebook group was the teachers' main communication channel for cooperation with the regular use of e-mail for exchanging documents and applications for joint editing of documents such as Google docs. The members of the cooperation group were coordinators from all six partner countries and an additional 19 teachers from partner countries who were participants in mobility in the role of accompanying students. The members of the group were extremely active in communication, which contributed to the successful completion of project tasks and goals and the successful organization of student mobility in a very challenging time during the pandemic period and the state of war in Ukraine.
