4) CREATIVE WINTER

  • project Facebook

During winter 2017/18 all partner schools were very creative and here you can see their results.

In the following 2018/19 and 2019/20 school years, we continued in our work on Creative WInter.

Croatian pupils present their creative winter outcome - it takes some time to show on this page.

In March 2018 pupils also painted the wall in the school library with illustration from The Little Prince book.

Pupils also wrote Einstein´s words on the wall and made posters for the International Woman Day which is celebrated on March 8.

Czech pupils were drawing and painting and decorating their classrooms and halls. You can see the results below in the three slide.ly presentations and a PowerPoint presentation:

    Creative Winter in Italy:

Winter works from "G.Rodari" primary school.

The nursery school "La Pace" has taken part with 5 y.o. children to the initiative "Un Babbo Natale in f.o.r.ma" at Regina Margherita Hospital.
The topic was building a copy of Mole Antonelliana, the tower symbol of the city of Turin, using recycled materials.
Children have been taken to visit the tower, and then they built three models and create a nice and lively Erasmus corner, also with the "little mole" (same name of the tower!).
The towers built by children were sold during an open-air show in front of the hospital with hundreds of Santa Claus, and the money went to the hospital.
Our children won the FIRST PRIZE!!!! consisting of an artistic workshop at "Fondazione Sandretto Rebaudengo", the main arts foundation in Turin, in spring.
    BRAVISSIMO!!!!!!

And Stefano with his pupils worked on another wall painting:

Pupils also use ICT for creating their pictures, they make the so-called "pixel picture" and later teach their computer to draw it.

    CREATIVE WINTER VIDEO

Finnish third graders were practicing places in the city, so we built a city of our town!

Pupils from grade 6 made the Winter clock in their Woodwork lesson and pupils from grade 4 made Sauna spoons.

Pupils from grade 5 looked into other European countries´ customs for celebrating Christmas. They searched for information online and created these presentations using Book Creator.

In February Finish pupils built snow statues of a horse and Mauri. They made sports posters for the Winter Olympic Games in Korea.
