Easter in our schools

PANCAKE DAY 2020

Our pupils from class 6D on Shrove Tuesday, last Tuesday before the Easter Lent started, had a project day during the Cooking and English lessons. They made dough, had competition in flipping pancakes, solved Easter crosswords, baked tons of pancakes, and decorated them. And finished with pancake eating race because it was a rainy day and we could not go outside to have a pancake run. Other classes organized their pancake days in the following days. EASTER during DISTANCE LEARNING

Here you can see pictures and paintings made for our Spring and Easter school noticeboards. At the end of this presentation are pupils in traditional costumes who prepared dances, rhymes, and songs for the public and parents about the symbol of Winter called Mařena and the symbol of Spring called Majiček. Then they went to the Ostravice River to throw Morana into the river.
