PROJECT ABOUT CZECH WRITER BOŽENA NĚMCOVÁ - 2019/2020

Czech pupils cooperated on a cross-curriculum lesson in grades 1 to 5. Božena Němcová was a great writer who lived in the 19th century. She is famous for her fabulous story from her childhood called "Babička", in English "Granny". She also wrote, retell, and collected fairy tales.

Here you can see illustrations for her books and her portrait painted by our pupils.

    SAYINGS TAKEN LITERALLY

Czech pupils drew sayings about how IT would look if the sayings were taken literally. And because we need a head in school, all sayings are about the head.
