 SCHOOL CHOIRS and ORCHESTRAS

Some partner schools have their school choir or orchestra and here we will inform about their work which is not already mentioned in other parts of this project web.

Italian school has the school choir, big orchestra, group lessons for guitar players, individual music instrument lessons, and a music project which teaches elementary pupils to play an instrument.

In this photo, the guitar section is returning from a music contest. And they had also a concert in a former colosseum.

SCHOOL ORCHESTRA

Italian school orchestra works in secondary school and meets every Friday for three hours and all instruments practice together. Instrument groups meet also during the week. This orchestra prepares at least two concerts a year.

Our school choir for works with 6 to 10 years old pupils is called Koblížci. In Autumn 2018, another school choir for pupils 11 to 15 years old was established.

SPRING CHOIR CONTEST IN HÁJ

Our school choir Kobližci took part in the competition "Hájecké Jaro" in nearby town Háj ve Slezsku on 13 May 2018. They sang with the children cymbal music from Háj ve Slezsku and later also with a senior choir from this little town which is also lead by our teacher Adéla. 

CHRISTMAS CORDS 2017

Our school organized a national school choir competition in the House of Culture called Akord which is in our neighborhood. Our choir Koblížci was very good, they obtained the bronze award. Pupils from grade 1 to 3 attend this choir.
