The purpose of the meeting - Goals from the project form:

1. Fifth meeting work teams: follow up. Evaluation of the second school year of the project.

2. Comparative study: artistic education and emotional education.

3. Monitoring and evaluation of actions. Evaluation of times and proposals. Corrections and proposals for improvement.

4. Sharing:

A) Design, writing, content, and dissemination didactic materials.

B) Development of skills/competencies: ICT, foreign language, artistic, transversal, values ...

C) Planning/development of creative activities and innovative practices and quality 9th and 10th quarter project...

D) Evaluation of inclusion actions.

5. Preparation: UD10: CINEMA UD11: OPERA AND BALLET

6. Evaluation: quality indicators. Dissemination.

The involved participants

The co-ordinators of all partner schools and other members of the implementation teams. From the Czech school, the project coordinator and a Music teacher took part in the meeting. Participants observed lessons. International teachers created an improvised choir took part together with the Romanian pupils and teachers at the dissemination concert for pupils and the public.

Description of the meeting, main agenda items

1) National teams introduced new teachers. Short reports about the second project year in schools were presented by coordinators. Activities and outcomes were presented regularly on our eTwinning and Facebook project websites. Most of the planned project tasks for year 2 were fulfilled in all schools

2) A comparative study of artistic and emotional education was going on during the whole meeting and was moderated by our Spanish coordinator.

3) Monitoring and evaluation of actions. Evaluation of times and proposals. Corrections and proposals for improvement: we monitored the planned activities and evaluated the actions. The times of the meetings were discussed. The coordinating school from Spain suggested moving the last transnational meeting from March to June so that all partners could discuss the outcomes and the final project report. Data and program for the last LTTA in Italy in May was agreed.

4) Sharing:

a) Design, writing, content, and dissemination of didactic materials – We use WhatsApp, emails, and our project Facebook and eTwinning websites.

b) Development of skills/competencies: ICT, foreign language, artistic, transversal, values, … The project encouraged cross-curriculum cooperation between Art and other teachers in schools, for example, Biology + Art, English + Music, ICT + English, cross-curriculum projects in the Czech school.

c) Planning/development of creative activities and innovative practices and quality of the 9th and 10th project quarter followed the evaluation of the results of the 7th + 8th quarter and for Italy LTTA meeting.

d) Evaluation of inclusion actions: Project activities were opened to all kinds of disadvantaged pupils.

5) Preparation: UD10: CINEMA – also during LTTA in Trofarello UD11: OPERA, BALLET – we will cooperate on the Art dictionary which will be finished in the last LTTA–– During LTTA in Trofarello we will focus on MUSIC tasks. Coordinators discussed what their school usually do and how they would cooperate on the project tasks.

6) Discussion about qualitative indicators and dissemination of the project.

Outcomes:

Outcomes were presented on a display at the hosting school and in a concert for pupils and parents.
