    CATALONIA, SPAIN

As project coordinator I led and coordinated this Erasmus+ project and the two eTwinning projects we created within SDGs ACtion!

My school colleague Ester Pérez, supported and helped me in the main tasks as coordination institution we are.

I created and organized most of the pages of the 3 eTwinning projects , with the relevant help of Ester and Cécile who is also eTwinning ambassador and the cofounder of the three projects.

As coordination instituion, we asked a Catalan ilustrator who is exstudent of Sant Josep school, to design creative logos for the 17 SDGs and a general logo for the project. they were presented in our first LTTA in Italy and all the project partners  congratulated for the wonderful results and agreed to use them during the whole project.

I was responsible to organize active communication among partners. We used to communicate via whatsapp on informal issues and via online meetings every month. After the meetings and also neverver that hwas necessary we exchanged email using the project email: sdgsaction@googlegroups.com

I was in charge to ensure the fullfillment of the programmed activities

I created the infographics for the working plan at the beginning of every school year.

I was aware about the main dissemination of the project, mainly with relevant project results that have been awarded later, such as EWWR '19 and EWWR '20, ERASMUS DAYS.

I often checked the Twinspace in order to assure the rhytm of the activities and the progress of the project was runnning properly.

I created the surveys for pupils, teachers and parents in the middle of project ( June 2020) and at the end of the project ( 2021) which were very useful to create a mid and final reports fo the project. The mid report has a presetantion with strong-weak points.

At the end of the project I created a new presetnation analyzing how the weak points have become strong points in the second year of the project

I created several prresentation for the project: when each LTTA started, at the beginning of every school year, for the parents

I suggested the participant partners to join Interantional project: Climate Action project '20 and European Campaigns for Waste Reduction '19 and '20, Erasmus Days.

As an eTwinning ambassador, I could manage to help partners with Twinspace (organize pages and upload some materials) also with Cécile, the French partner
I did also present the project in a European seminar led by the CSS on 1st June, with Cécile. " Growing, learning , sharing and having fun with SDgs"

I organized an eTwinning event in the " SDGs into our school curricula" eTwinning group, inviting three relevant guests who shared good expereinces with the more than 80 participants.

Of course, I did prepare the LTTA in St Josep school Navàs. It should have been a mobility but it became a virtual mobility.

I led a workshop about " How to become an eTwinning school " which was very useful for the rest of the partners who got the eTwinning school label in February 2021 thanks to the activities done in SDGs Action! eTwinning and Erasmus+ project.

I tried to face up the difficulties that appear during the project, the main one was handling with the Pandemic, which obliged us to replan the project and convert the LTTAs with students into Virtual Mobilities.

Effective communication and cooperation among all the partners allowed to make detailed arrngements and prevent misunderstandings to react in crisis situations

I tried to create and keep a good environement among all the project participants, giving them the necessary support when required, keeping regular communication with them, formal and also non-formal.

The Catalan institution was in charge of editing the " SDgs box game" and Ester and me sent the game to the printer and then sent a pair of sets to each partner school. We also kept in touch with the original " Brainbox" game company. We hel an online conference with the manager " James williams" who congratulated us and the whole team for this wonderful initiative.

I shared a document with all patners to write the QL application form of the three projects in a collaborative way as we have been doing during the two years.

    FINLAND

Finnish school took actively part in all the activities and projects suggested by the project team and coordinator not only with pupils from the grades 1-6 but also with pre-service teachers. The school involved many of the project topics in pre-service teachers´- those who were in orientation or bachelor´s or master´s level practice- training periods programme. So the Finnish school disseminated Erasmus+  and eTwinning co-operation for the future teachers as a part of the teacher education.

The Finnish school focused on sharing the learnings concerning the Finnish quality education and innovative pedagogies: teachers shared the basic ideas of the core curriculum e.g. assessment, transversal competencies, multidiciplinary learning and high-quality education and training with the partner schools.

Oulu University Teaher Training School shared the modern learning environments and pedagocical ideas and research. By that way all the partners were able to deepen the ways and methods of achieving the goals of the project: Through the project activities partners were able to exchange, evaluate and develop teaching and learning practices in STEAM-subjects. There was a a lot of competence of coding, computational skills and ICT pedagogy in the Finnish team.

Finland also shared the methods of facilitating group discussions by philosophical way - the philosophy for children-  about topics involved in sustainable development and its 17 goals.

As the only UNESCO Assosiated Schools Project Network (ASPnet) school in this project partners were presented the experiences how to become a Unesco school and apply the status of Unesco school and through that promote new teaching and learning approaches based on Unesco`s core values which are straightly linked to SDGs.

Finnish school was responsible for the evaluation of the project activities and creation of assessment documents in co operation with the coordinator. During the LTTA in Finland partners were presented presented the basic ideas and methods of formative and summative assessment by an expert teacher. Partners were practicing how to use e.g. the formative assessment material Evaluation Land (Arviointimaa) as an evaluation tool in one of the workshops of the LTTA "Edulogical Future" in Finland.

    FRANCE

Responsible for ICT workshops and 2.0 tools used.
I have made a number of videos with materials produced by all partner countries : video "Let's celebrate a zero waste Christmas", "SDGs action in less than 4 minutes"
I have made a page recensing the ICT tools used.
I also gave support to the Romanian partner for Scratch issues (as they are not as well equiped as in other countries and as they had longer lockdown).
I did prepare the art gallery in an online 3D presentation thanks to artsteps.com

As an eTwinning ambassador, I could manage to help partners with Twinspace (organize pages and upload some materials).
I did also present the project, especially the "Women who changed the world" in some webinars in France (in French).
With Fina Vendrell, coordinator of the project, I did also present the project in a European webinar (in English).

Of course, I did prepare the LTTA I was in charge of. It should have been a mobility but it became a virtual mobility.

    ITALIA

Italian school was responsible for the production of Scratch Games. It provided the partner schools with initial training on how to work with Scratch.

In this regard, during the LTTA in Italy the participating teachers had the opportunity to follow basic courses on Scratch and Makey Makey. These courses, carried out also thanks to the participation of experts from the University of Salerno, gave the teachers the basis on the use of Scratch and Makey Makey for the creation of digital games and storytellings.

The teaching materials were available to the partners. They could use them to find examples and information and then work with their pupils.

At the end of the 2-year project, Italian team checked that all partner schools realised and uploaded the assigned Scratch games, assigning them the same sequence title made up of the project name followed by the goal number.

In any case, the Italian school has given its contribution whenever it was necessary, giving its support for example in organizing the workshop for the International Water Day or in the building of a Lesson Plan on the SDGs labs, in realizing official posters and leaflets of some events/activities.
