Case Study 2.2

  • CASE STUDY 2: Khaled

    Conclusion

In conclusion, we agree that Khaled has many opportunities here, but maybe not as many as he would like. He would be accepted in this country because he comes from a country that was at war but he will have to work and have a home here to get the Spanish residence. He is an immigrant who just wants the best for his children, he should be accepted by the Spanish society because he has only good intentions. The Spanish law dictates that any illegal immigrant can stay if they feel unsafe in their own country. This shows that although there are some things about what he is doing that are illegal, Khaled should be able to stay in Spain without many problems. He will have to face some problems such as racism and legal issues. Besides, Khaled has to consider to work really hard to reunite his family and do everything to become a legal citizen in Spain.
