Erasmus+ YES+ activity: The Project is Introduced to 3I and 3H

The students from 3H and 3I enter the Twinspace platform for the first time and the Erasmus+ Y-.E.S.+ project, its final aims, the activities and their time organization are explained by teachers Balloni and Rigamonti to the students: the students have to upload their profiles and their pictures onto the platform.

    17th October 2016

    Involved classes:  3I, 3H from 13.05 to 14.05

Erasmus+ Y.E.S.+ activity: Creation of the Project  Logo

The students are shown the slide show created by teacher Spreggiaro from the  school Graphic Course, translated by teacher Balloni  and approved by the other partners during the 1st Trasnational Meeting in The Czech Republic. This slide show explains how to create an effective logo.

This is the task the students have to perform. They can work alone or in pair or group and create a logo representative of the project aims. The same activities will be carried out by the students of the other partner schools; then, there will be a competition among the produced logos to choose the best one

The activities are carried out with the help of the  teachers Rigamonti and  Balloni

    A logo is created

    8th November 2016

Erasmus+ YES+   activity: evaluation of our logos

The students evaluate all the Italian logos.

The objectives of this activity are:

    • to verify if the logos are effective from a communicative point of view, and their respect of the project final aims.
    • to identify the logos’ strengths and their feasibility
    • to verify the respect of copyright

The students choose some logos and the changes that must be done, then decide which logos could be sent to the Twinspace competition for the best one.

The teachers who follow the activity are:  Balloni, Rigamonti and the expert teacher Eugenio Spreggiaro.

Official data from our Municipality February 2017

In February, a delegation of  our students were invited by our Municipality and were given official data related to immigration in our territory.

These  pieces of information are very important because our students can have a relly updated, first hand vision of what's happening in our Municipality. These data will enable Erasmus + students to understand what immigration is like in our territory and what is done to help these people to integrate too. During the 2nd mobility in Sweden, students 'll have to compare the Italian immigration data to those of the other countries involved in the project and what the Municipality has given to us,  will be extremelly helpful.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to witness an official cerimony, when two foreign people were given the Italian citizeship.

Here there are some pictures of the event.

As soon as we received the official data, we started working on them... going further with our researches in order to arrive well informed at the 2nd Mobility Meeting in Sweden and in order to be able to explain the Italian situation to our friends from Sweden, The Czech Republic and Spain.

The aim is to compare data, attitudes and solutions to the waves of immigration to Europe and make up our minds about what  we could do to help and include these refugees.

This is the product that recaps all our researches and work.

OUR STORIES AND MICROTALES from April 2017

We went on with our stories and microtales too. Stories of immigration from immigrants we know or we met and inteviewed. We tried to give voice to their experiences, feellings and emotions. The microtales are meaningful sentences taken from these stories, they are ment to be written on bookmarks ( one of the final products of this project).  Our 10 most representative stories ( we, students chose them) are uploaded onto the page STORY BOOKS (Italy) within a virtual book. Anyway, the other 22 stories are uploaded in the same section too in another virtual book.

Our stories have no ti tles, just the names of their main characters. This characters told us where they are from and  what happened to themReading  the first virtual book you can  meet Atai, Alexander, Margaret, Jasmine, Gladys, Ahmad, Rabeea, Yusra, Malia and an immigrant without name as she did not want to reveal it

After a long accurate research, we start comparing what we have fond about the 2 cases, the laws involved, the final possible solutions.
We focus on the 1st studycase in Spanish with our Spanish teacher, while we focus on the 2nd case in English with our English teacher.
