DAY 2

  • DAY 2

Group 3, diary: Tuesday, 29th November

A woman named Nélida Perez came to the school here in Spain, having a workshop about life, about how precious life is. She made everyone of us from Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic and Italy rethink about how much we value our lives.

In the beginning she started the “class” by making us all to dance, and release ourselves a bit to be more open and be ready to open up our emotions.

She showed us some videos about the end of the world, and also what happens when a nuclear bomb is detonated in a part of the world and about the global warming. While watching the videos, we felt sadness, desperation and impotence, we felt like we cannot do anything.

Then we had to write down, our names, our qualities and our favourite foods. The world is about to die and there only is one rocket made for six people. Only six people would be able to live, and we had to make the decision which ones of us who would survive.

It was very difficult, it wasn’t easy and it made us all rethink. How do we really feel when someone is telling anyone that you are not going to live any longer, that you are going to die. And how you do feel when the others let you live and the others will die. We had to write down and convince the others why we were the people to survive and not anyone else. Then, we had to say who will survive and who will not. We felt sorry for the people who didn’t survive. The ones who were said that they will live felt really blessed and appreciated their trust.

During the last period of the workshop we had to send messages to our parents, our family.

In the end we had to draw all of our bad energy on a paper and then rip it and we felt released and full of positive energy.
