The visit to the Town Hall had the objective to let us understand how different countries deal with society and politics.

11:00 TRIP TO ALICANTE TOWN HALL. SPEECH ABOUT IMMIGRATION FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF IMMIGRATION AND SOCIAL INCLUSION

When we finished visiting Benidorm Town Hall, we took a bus and went to Alicante where we visited the beautiful old Town Hall and we heard a speech about immigration and immigrants in this area. We found out how difficult it is to be an immigrant in the world. We also learnt something new about the Spanish Immigration Project and how they cope with the large number of immigrants who arrive there from Morroco and Algeria.

15:00 WORKSHOP: CAUSE RELATED MARKETING, BY ESIC BUSINESS MARKETING SCHOOL

It was a such a surprise because it was about a very touching and involving activity.

The two experts spoke about what they had done for a 2 year old girl who had had an accident. Using the Net, they could raise money to give her a chance to survive and receive a very expensive medical treatment. They started from the bottom, with a very small idea and illusion, and finally it became a very big and special campaign. We learned how, by just putting a little effort, we can create such beautiful things. WE CAN ALL BE HEROES.

Francisco Torreblanca and Paco Lorente, from the Esic Business Marketing School.
