FIRST ONLINE MEETING

Following the activities of our application this activity is to set up the virtual mobilities to prepare the first transnational activity.

All partners agree on the error in the naming of this and other subsequent activities of our Erasmus project application (P10, P18, P23, P28 and P31). It is not about setting up virtual mobilities but about online meetings between coordinating partners to plan both present or future local and transnational activities. However, in our project, virtual mobilities have been carried out in those cases in which physical mobilities could not be carried out due to force majeure caused by Covid-19.

The meetings will be convened by the coordinating country and/or coordinating partner, with sufficient time in advance to ensure the participation of all teachers. The following pages are created to access the most relevant information for maximum efficiency.

• Page with the calendar (date and time) of the meetings.
• Page with links to the agenda, the minutes with the agreements, the dissemination both in the blog and in the corresponding page of the TwinSpace, and the materials generated (presentations, photo albums, videos).

In this first meeting in addition to the above we reached the following agreements in relation to mobility in Galanesti (Romania):

* Date of our first mobility: From 3rd to 9th of November.

* Students selection: Minimal: The exposed in the project. Maximum: 6 students should be the most. All students are accommodated with host families.

* Next meeting: Wednesday, 9th of October, at 3 pm (CET) by Skype.
