AGREEMENTS

1. TwinSpace.

We agreed to close the project in the TwinSpace and thus be able to participate in the European awards. During the month of April we will upload all the evidence: current and pending from other months. It is very important that our educational communities evaluate the project during the next weeks (Juan Antonio will send the questionnaires).

In May, all that remains to be uploaded is the evidence of mobility in Spain. The founding partners Ayşegül Erdur and Juan Antonio Rincón are in charge of this task. Link to TwinSpace pages.

2. Local activities.

During the project, local activities (specific, dissemination, etc.) have been carried out on a monthly basis. If these have not been uploaded to the TwinSpace, they should be described in the document that each partnership has in this shared folder (Link). This information is of utmost importance for the drafting of the final report. Deadline: end of May.

3. Transnational activities.

A document with the tasks to be carried out by each organisation is provided (Link). It is very important that each one declares the expenditure and/or duly justifies their non-participation in an activity in the Mobility Tool.

4. Drafting of the Final Report.

A document with the required information is delivered to each association to be incorporated into the final report. This can be done in the collaborative document created for this purpose (Link). Deadline: end of May.

5. Presentation of the provisional programme of the last transnational activity in Spain.

Before presenting the program the Italian team proposes to postpone the mobility to a later date. This is not possible for justified reasons of both the Romanian and Hungarian team.

We agreed to give the required information to the coordinator as soon as possible, as well as to help him/her in the requested tasks. Link to the provisional program.
