Activities in the classrooms

SPAIN - CEIP Bilingüe Ciudad de Mérida

For this specific activity, so significant for our project, we opted for a workshop given by IS4K (Internet Segura for Kids) entitled "Detecting scams on the Internet". It was an online workshop for students from 9 years old.

Students received theoretical training on the following contents:

• What do we know about Internet scams?
  Tips on how to spot scams and avoid them.

They then had a guided practice in which they had to construct a real message they could receive about a game, social network, app, etc. Link to printable material.

Finally, they participated in a gamified activity with the web tool Kahoot.

It was undoubtedly a very fruitful session of learning in a very didactic, creative and motivating way.
