EVALUATION ITALIAN MOBILITY
A questionnaire was designed for the evaluation and was completed by 32 participants: 60% students, 15.6% coordinating teachers and 25% teaching staff.
The following graph shows the percentage of participants per country:
75% considered that they had received good preparation prior to the mobility. They took into account aspects such as: the objectives, the programme and its contents, the tasks of the participants, and the material.
Almost 60% felt that they had received sufficient support in the practical organisation of the mobility: information and support in travel arrangements, organisation of meals and accommodation, as well as practical information.
56.3% considered that the mobility programme was excellent in relation to the needs/expectations of the participants; relevant to the objectives of the project, useful and interesting, sufficiently intensive.
Almost 90% rated the methodology used during the mobility (balance between individual / group / group work, theory / workshops; outdoor / indoor, active participation) as good to excellent.
Almost 70% considered that the structure of the mobility was functional to achieve the objectives (classrooms, laboratories, other spaces, teaching aids).
50% considered that the technical support and ICT tools used during the training were very satisfactory.
Almost 90% considered the duration of the mobility to be adequate for the contents proposed and worked on.
Almost 70% rated the teaching performance and support during the various cybersecurity training sessions as excellent.
The training session given by University lecturers (Tuesday 23 November) did not receive a positive evaluation.
On the other hand, the activities carried out by teachers from outside the school (Wednesday 24 November) received a very positive evaluation.
60% rated the communication and collaboration between participants during the training activities as excellent.
Almost all participants appreciated very positively the study or cultural visits made during the mobility.
80% enjoyed sightseeing and free time for mobility.
Almost 80% perceived that the mobility increased their competences, motivation and interest in the topics developed.
Overall, mobility was rated very positively.
Here is what the participants liked the most:
- The conversations with the students from the other countries.
- The presentation made on the first day at the Town Hall.
- The visit to the Confetti Museum.
- The participants, the organisation of the activities and the hospitality.
- The visit to the nursery school.
- The concert activity.
- Making friends from other countries.
- Visit to the city of Sulmona.
- Sharing views and teaching experiences.
Aspects that could be improved include the following:
- More free time.
- Shorter activities.
- Complete the whole programme of activities.
- More cultural visits.
- Designing activities to encourage greater communicative exchange between students.
- To carry out "ice-breaker" activities on the first day of mobility.
Participants recommend the following aspects:
- Design more games.
- More language preparation (English) before the mobility.
- Visiting the TwinSpace to see and learn about all the activities carried out before the mobility.
- Getting to know the culture of the host country.
- Continue to maintain the welcoming and convivial atmosphere that has arisen among most of the mobility participants.
