The time when new friendships started - Learning activity in Poland - Mielzyn

11.6.2018-15.6.2018                   MIELZYN, POLAND

During the meeting in Poland – in Mielzyn we had a great time. We visited a lot of places, we met great people and learned a lot about water, culture and country.

The first days we were at school, and we started with opeing ceremony. We wsa a short cultural programme, then we were divided into groups and we worked in international groups together.

We made a model of the river, we measured the depth and width of the river, its PH, we had a memory game, and we also created animals from paper. WE played vocabulary games and we liked making flower wreaths a lot.

Final work at school was preparing of posters about all activities during the week. We spent some time in school gym or in the school yard.

We also had some excursions: we went to Hydropolis is Wroclaw where we had some experiments with the help of experienced staff. We visited ZOO, Africarium and Oceanarium.

We made the flower wreaths flow down the river, and then in the evening we had a great time by the fire, where we sang and played games in Skorzecin.

We went back to the past when we visited Ostrow Lednicki, where we learned a lot about building of bridges.

And we couldnt miss the time in water- we spent the afternoom in waterpark in Maltanskie termy.

To conclude, Erasmus+ project is a great time and perfect opportunity to learn new things, practice language, know the culture and country, its habits, nature, and geographical and historical features.
