The Portuguese contribution to the final product
The National Day and the story behind it
Our students have chosen 2 national celebrations in Portugal: they searched and wrote about the 25 of April, the Carnation Revolution day when a militar revolution enden the dictatureship in 1974, but also about he 10 of June, which is the Day of Portugal, Camões (a very important poet) and the Portuguese Communities all aroung the world. "The volunteering experiences"
In November 2016, the students participated in a "Philosophical Café" in the school library to discuss what "Solidarity" and "Help" mean. This is important to focus on the volunteership. Here are some students opinions:
