Activities calendar

  • The activities described will be developed in all partner schools

    A 1. Sept.2015: Setting the Erasmus team of teachers. Teachers and talented pupils with good school results (working voluntarily) will choose pupils with bad school results due to different causes (social, special needs, lack of interests) and form the team that will work in the first year of the project.
    A 2. Sept.2015: Setting an Erasmus corner
    A 3. Oct.2015:  Transnational meeting (Romania) - a course  on different types of learning difficulties and ways to deal with them and a course “Use of e-Twinning, Twin Space and other educational platforms at school”.
    A 4. Oct.2015 – May 2017: Pupils will spend a number of 5 hours a week (except holidays) helping their colleagues with different difficulties to improve their results. They will solve various school assignments and participate in extracurricular activities. Their activities will be recorded in a digital dairy (short texts and photos, impressions).
    A 5. Nov – Dec. 2015: Pupils  will write about the most popular game in their country / the most popular sport in their school. The information will be digital and printed on paper and will be uploaded on the project web site / blog.
    A 6. March 2016: Pupils will participate in a short – term exchange of pupils in Greece. They will present their projects, take part in joint lessons and attend extracurricular activities.
    A 7. March 2016: The Greek teachers’ team will prepare and present a course “Modern tools and methodology in teaching mathematics, science and technology” at the teachers’ training event held in Greece.
    A 8. Feb – March 2016: Pupils will write about a famous living personality from their country who is worldwide famous (musician / sports man). The information will be printed on paper and will be uploaded on the project web site / blog. 
    A 9. April – May 2016: The final product of the first year will be a multilingual book, in digital and paper form that contains all the stories written by all partner schools on the given themes. Every story will be written both in English and in the languages of the counties involved.
    A10. May 2016: Pupils will participate in a short-term exchange of pupils in Italy. They will present their final projects, take part in joint lessons and attend extracurricular activities.
    A11. May 2016:

    The Italian teachers’ team will prepare and present a course “Modern tools and methodology in foreign languages teaching” at the teachers’ training event in Italy. Evaluation activities of the first year will also take place to see if all planned activities took place and to decide on eventual changes. The final product of the 1st  year will be presented.

    A12. May – June 2016:

    All materials will be uploaded on the project web site.

    A13. June 2016: Evaluation of the first year of the project.
    A14. Nov.2015 – June 2016: Dissemination of the project.
    A15. Oct. 2016: Pupils will participate in a short-term exchange of pupils held in Poland. They will take part in joint lessons.
    A16. Oct. 2016: The Polish team will prepare and present the course “How to design a digital classroom” at the teachers’ training event held in Poland. Teachers will work on the intellectual output.
    A17. Nov. – Dec. 2016: Pupils from each partner school will write about their National Day and the story behind it. The information will be printed on paper, will be included in PPP and will be uploaded on the project web site.
    A18. Feb. – March 2017: Pupils will write essays about their experience as volunteers: about if and what they managed to change in their own lives and in the lives of others. The information will be digital or printed on paper and will be uploaded on the project web site . 
    A19. March 2017: Pupils will participate in a short-term exchange of pupils held in Slovenia. They will take part in joint lessons and present their projects.
    A20. March 2017: The Slovenian team will prepare and present the course “Use of computers in teaching other subjects as ICT” at the teachers’ training event held in Slovenia.
    A21. April – May 2017: The final product of the second year will be a multilingual book, in digital and paper form that contains all the stories written by all schools on the given themes. Every story will be written both in English and in the languages of the  countries involved.
    A22. May 2017: Pupils will participate in a short – term exchange of pupils held in Portugal. They will take part in joint lessons and will present the final product of the second year and also work together at the site of the project as the final product of the project.
    A23. May 2017: The Portuguese team will prepare apply questionnaires for the final evaluation. The final product will be presented.
    A24. Oct.2016 – July 2017: Various activities to disseminate the project, the final products and the intellectual output.
    A25. June 2017: Multiplier event held in Romania.
