Liceo Scientifico Federigo Enriques (Rome)

  • In Rome, on the coast, near to the Tevere river mouth, there's Lido di Ostia, the only seaside district of the Capital. It is just a few kilometers away from the Fiumicino Airport, the biggest in Italy.

This is our school, Liceo Scientifico Federigo Enriques. It is a public high school that houses more than 1700 students, over 130 professors and several staff members.

It is a five-storey building, divided in two parts, one for the Scientific lyceum, the other for the Linguistic lyceum. Between these two there is the section with the laboratories and the gym. In front of the Lab/Gym section there's the Courtyard, where the students can enjoy the recess.

In the whole school you can find two gyms as well as over 10 laboratories for phisics, chemistry, biology, IT and languagesEach room in the school has an interactive whiteboard (IWB) along with a normal blackboard.
