A week without waste disposal at MBG

  • This was the official start of the Erasmus+ project "Life in plastic - Is it fantastic?" at Martin-Butzer-Gymnasium. 

    In the first week after autumn holiday the whole waste in our school was not collected - the mountain of rubbish grew and grew and smelt to high heaven!

    On Friday the school community had to clean up all class rooms and schoolyards and separate the waste. We collected all the rubbish in one place so that we can see how much waste we produce in one week.

    Additionally, after collecting all garbage from our school, class 10M created presentations and posters to explain the "garbage problem" to others as well. Some of them show certain word pools, whilst others simply express the amount of garbage which was produced.
