At IES San Sebastián, a fair selection process to select teachers for every mobility is carried out. An application form has been designed; a scale has been established with a system of scores and merits. The committee is composed of 3 people: the Headmaster, a Chief of Studies, a teacher from the staff.

- Years of experience

- If previously participated in Erasmus projects

- Command of languages. Certifications.

- Compromise to implement Learning activities in class.
