As for Italy, our attention on the subject has to be improved, but it is sure that this project made us understand how important is to have a clear esafety policy, to respect copyright rules and privacy policy. In fact, we managed to work in compliance with laws on the protection of sensitive data, following the GDPR privacy policy in our school. We therefore requested families of all students involved in the project to accept the release for the acquisition and publication of pictures and/or videos.

In our website you can find other documents bearing witness to our school serious approach to the delicate topic:

Internet Day throughout the years
As for copyright issues, we sensibilized students and solicited them to use only copyright-free images, showing them how to do it throughout all the scholastic years.
Finally, students usually participate in various activities related to the topic: for example, every year they meet the fraud squad, last year participated in the "Digitalscape new edition". Again, curricolar teachers often intervene to make their pupils reflect on the net dangers. For example last year they read the book "Dark web", met and interviewd the author, Sara Magnoli, discussed the topic with her, then tried to invent and create a new, proper cover for the book.
