Opening Page

  • Until now, "Constantin Noica" High School Sibiu used MagazineFactory in order to create the website of the Erasmus+ project "Ecological Literacy" 2016-2018, conducted by our teams with the support of the European Commission, within the Erasmus+ Programme. We created an eTwinning project with the same name in order to continue this project even after finishing the Erasmus+ project. All the partners could posted on Magazine Factory, helped by the Romanian coordinator. The same posting was written by the European partners bilingually: in English, as the language of the project and in the native language of each partner school (Romanian, Turkish, Portuguese, Croatian, Lithuanian and Cypriot), on two columns, beautifully arranged on each page and illustrated by relevant photos taken by us. In this way, any teacher or pupil in our schools could understand what we posted. All information we provided is the sole responsibility of this Erasmus+ project teams and our National Agencies for Community Programmes in Education and in Vocational Training and the European Commission are not responsible for how the content of this information is used. Because of the fact I received bad news from this platform, I moved all I had there on the eTwinning platform, creating the same pages. Here is the bad message I received:

    "Dear MagazineFactory account holder,

We would like to inform you that MagazineFactory will be shut down by the end of 2017, due to out-dated technology. Therefore, if you have magazines, of which you would like to save content, please do that before the end of the year. We are no longer confirming new magazine requests. Warmest thanks for using our popular and rewarded MagazineFactoryapplication in the past years. We wish you all the best in the future!

    Finnish National Agency for Education

    MagazineFactory team, Zento Ltd."

So, I copied bilingually the content of the old website with the names of the authors.

    Your coordinator, Gabriela Mirela Jugar
