A Happy Parent to Have the Daughter Selected in the Project Team
I was very glad to learn that my daughter was selected to be a member of the pupils’ team in the Erasmus+ project "Ecological Literacy”. Iulia gave good answers to the language and science tests organized in this respect by the coordinating team in "Constantin Noica” High School Sibiu and now she can go to Cyprus in February 2017, together with other three schoolmates and the project coordinator, Mrs. Gabriela Mirela Jugar. The parents of the pupils involved in this project have already had two project meetings at school and we were delighted to cooperate together and to be a real help for the coordinator. The coordinating teacher from Croatia created a Facebook Group for pupils. Iulia has not a Facebook account but she can use her mother’s. In this way, Iulia can communicate with the partner pupils from Lithuania, Cyprus, Portugal, Croatia and Turkey and her parents can see her conversations. I was impressed by the first introductions of the pupils who have already joined the group. They have different hobbies and are very happy to be in this project. I am looking forward to know what impressions Iulia will have after her travel in Cyprus.

Un părinte fericit să aibă fiica selectată în echipa proiectului
Am fost foarte bucuros să aflu că fiica mea a fost selectată pentru a fi membră a echipei elevilor din cadrul proiectului Erasmus+ „Alfabetizare Ecologică". Iulia a dat răspunsuri bune la testele de limbă și de știință organizate în acest sens de către echipa de coordonare a Liceului „Constantin Noica" Sibiu, iar acum ea poate merge în Cipru, în februarie 2017, împreună cu alți trei colegi de școală și coordonatoarea proiectului, d-na Gabriela Mirela Jugar. Părinții elevilor implicați în acest proiect au avut deja două întâlniri de proiect la școală și am fost încântați să cooperăm împreună și să fim un real ajutor pentru coordonatoare. Profesorul coordonator din Croația a creat un grup pe Facebook pentru elevi. Iulia nu are un cont pe Facebook, dar ea îl poate folosi pe al mamei ei. In acest fel, Iulia poate comunica cu elevii parteneri din Lituania, Cipru, Portugalia, Croația și Turcia și părinții ei pot vedea conversațiile ei. Am fost impresionat de primele prezentări ale elevilor care s-au alăturat deja grupului. Ei au diferite hobby-uri și sunt foarte fericiți să fie în acest proiect. Aștept cu nerăbdare să știu ce impresii va avea Iulia după călătoria ei în Cipru.

Impressions of a Proud Father About the Project
Our world, though maybe the best one of all billions in the universe is getting old before its time from day to day due to problems as wars, poverty and environmental issues. Projects like this are great chances for us to be able to realize that world doesn't only consist of unhappiness, poverty and battles; but also, hope, cooperation, mutual understanding and virtues. Seeing kids and people from various ethnicities and countries sharing the same feelings and concerns will develop and reinforce a cooperating wish for goodness and peace. I'm so excited that my son Imran together with their peers from foreign cultures will take necessary steps in the name of saving the world and environment by participating to and taking active part in this project. I am really glad that my son, who passed successfully English and Science proficiency tests will join the mobility to Cyprus where bonds of brotherhood will develop, share good practices and learn different cultures. Finally, I greet this project with great enthusiasm and want to thank those who planned and implemented this project.

Gururlu bir Babanın Proje İzlenimleri
Dünyamız, milyarlarca gezegen içerisinde belki de en güzellerinden biri olmasına karşın savaşlar, yoksulluk, çevresel sorunlar sebebiyle maalesef günden güne belki vaktinden evvel yaşlanıyor. Bu gibi projeler ise dünyanın yalnızca, mutsuzluk ve savaş arenası olmadığını umudun, olumlu süreçlerde işbirliğinin, ortak duyguların, değerlerin olduğunu fark edebilmeleri adına harika bir fırsat. Farklı etnik kökenlerden ve coğrafyalardan çocukların, insanların aynı duygu ve kaygıları paylaştığını görmek onlar üzerinde iyilik ve barış için işbirliği yapma arzusunu geliştirecek ve pekiştirecektir. Oğlumun da, bu projeye katılarak yabancı kültürlerden akranlarıyla birlikte çevreyi koruma, dünyayı kurtarma adına atacağı adımlardan dolayı heyecanlıyım. Kardeşlik bağlarının gelişeceği, iyi uygulamaların paylaşılacağı ve farklı kültürlerin öğrenileceği Güney Kıbrıs gezisine oğlumun İngilizce yeterlik ve fen bilgisi sınavlarını geçerek katılacak olmasından dolayı çok mutluyum. Bu yüzden bu projeyi büyük bir umut ve heyecanla karşılıyor uygulayıcılarına teşekkür ediyorum.
