A workday was organized on the University campus to talk about solar cooking and fair trade. I heard about it through Facebook, so I made it public among teachers and students.
It was sponsored by the University, Intermon Oxfam, and "Aula de Sostenibilidad". People had the opportunity to taste food prepared on a solar cooker. In fact, a similar activity we had previously had the chance to enjoy, the chat by the Andalusian Energy Agency. Living in the South of Spain, with plenty of hours of sunlight, gives us a lot to think when talking about saving energy, doesn't it?
