Four Shoscombe Year 6 pupils were fantastic ambassadors for our school when they joined a live Google Link Up video conference with our Erasmus partner school Arden Skole in Denmark last week, organised by Arden teacher Helle Randers. There were some technical difficulties with the link at first, but thanks to amazing technical support from Shoscombe teaching student Miss Langley, our pupils were able to chat with Arden 5th Grade pupils (equivalent to our Year 6). They discussed work they had been doing in class and shared information such as talking about their favourite sports, and family pets . Our pupils were impressed that the Danish pupils were speaking such fantastic English! 

All our Shoscombe Year 6 pupils are all looking forward to their forthcoming visits to Erasmus partner schools (in Barcelona and Denmark) in the next few months.
