ESTONIA - PÄRNU KUNINGA TÄNAVA PÕHIKOOL:

1. Joining the net of Eco-Schools. The school has its Green Schools blog: https://rohelinekuningas.blogspot.com/
2. Participating in the project „Young Scientists“, funded by INNOVE (organization in Estonia): the project gave us the possibility tu buy high-tech tecnologies (Vernier, Globisens) for the school. It will make our science lessons more attractive and interactive.
3. The students of the University of Tartu held workshops on GPS-systems (3 lessons with the grades 6,7)
4. Our students participated in workshops on biology (the workshops offered by the University of Tartu)
5. We attended an exhibition „the bio area: the wooden future“ + students wrote an essai about that
6. We took part in World Clean Up Day event on the 15th of September in Pärnu
7. Several classes have participated in educational programes offered by Keskkonnahariduskeskus (The Center of Environmental Education)
8. Some teachers will attend the Conference of Estonian Environment in October 2018 (the main topics: health and biodiversity)
9. Learning the vocabulary on the topic "Environment" in English and French lessons

10. In biology lessons students have learnt about the green house gas effects and influences.

11. Climate ambassadors Ralf Gosfeldt and Ralf Sontak are doing Energy Puzzle Hunt workshops in lessons for your students using Vernier laboratory equipment.
