As there are no students with migration background at the Italian and the Hungarian school, you only can see the results of the Dutch, the German and the Spanish school.
The question only was answered by students, that have a migration background.
In Germany and in the Netherlands most of the students only can speak and hardly write their "second" mother tongue. In Spain it's different. There a great majority is able to speak and write their "second" mother tongue as fluently as the mother tongue of their new country.
