The aim of the course is to increase the confidence and expand knowledge of educators and teachers in adopting different techniques and methods to encourage their students to become more creative and develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. In this way, we will be preparing them effectively to be managers of their own future, a reality in constant change, where they can successfully apply their 21st century skills to face complex and open challenges.

The working methods are adaptable according to the needs, attitudes and professional profiles of the participants, in order to guarantee high productivity, effectiveness and transferability to practice. The standard methodology is highly practical and participatory with a hands-on approach that includes real work examples, case study analysis and simulations. Collaborative work plans are defined that encourage mutual learning and cooperation among participants. The focus is learning in an interactive and international environment applicable to the real contexts of each participant. The pedagogical methods used are based on experiential training, group and peer activities, learning by doing and exchange of best practices. They include visits to local schools and institutions, allowing participants to better understand the local education system, as well as share ideas and contacts.

Daily evaluations are planned to ensure the quality of education and to adapt the learning program to the needs of the participants, better adapting the education. Optional social, networking and cultural activities are also planned in order to give participants the opportunity to provide cultural sharing and exchange of good practices and establish professional bonds and cooperation.
