Favorable winds transported this entire multicultural team, from so many different countries, to a new port of knowledge: assertiveness and communication.

How does communication influence assertiveness, different communication styles, how effective is it in resolving conflicts, why do they arise? Conflicts as a source of opportunities?

The horizon extends to the shore of a safe haven: they are analyzed (stages of conflicts), they are identified (styles of conflict management) and they are tested (different types of attitudes towards conflicts, in a theater style.. .).

I played the role of the red hat: "That was an amazing idea, I am excited!" - the question that arises after the adventure and arriving at a safe haven is: who am I? Tomorrow tomorrow...
