Activities started yesterday with a simple guided tour of Bologna. Participating countries: Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Romania and Latvia.

Today we started at 9.30H. with the presentation of Laura, the trainer, her assistants, who gave us the basic instructions about the documentation she distributed to us. We then moved on to the icebreaker activity designed to introduce the personal presentation of each participating element.

The themes: NPL leadership system and the different types of leaders. Group activities were proposed that helped to consolidate the contents presented. We are highly motivated to motivate! What will be the next challenges? Tomorrow at 8:30 am we will know.
